7abd Terms & Conditions

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the 7abd website located at 7abd.ws (the "Platform"), including all games, betting markets, promotions, and related services offered by 7abd to registered players in Bangladesh. By accessing the Platform, registering an account, or placing any wager, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms in their entirety, together with the 7abd Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, both of which are incorporated herein by reference.

7abd reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated to registered users by a notice displayed on the Platform or by email to the address registered on the account. Your continued use of the Platform following the publication of updated Terms constitutes your acceptance of the amended Terms. If you do not agree with any amendment, you must cease using the Platform immediately.

To be eligible to register and use the 7abd Platform, you must: (a) be at least 21 years of age; (b) be a resident of or be physically located in Bangladesh at the time of use; (c) be registering as an individual in your own capacity and not on behalf of a third party; (d) not be subject to any self-exclusion request, whether submitted to 7abd or any other gaming platform; and (e) have full legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement under the laws applicable to you. It is your responsibility to ensure that online gambling is lawful in your jurisdiction before registering.

7abd reserves the right to request documentary proof of eligibility at any point, including but not limited to a copy of a government-issued photographic identity document (National ID card, passport, or driving licence) and proof of address. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within the timeframe specified by 7abd may result in the suspension or permanent closure of an account. Where an account is found to have been opened by or on behalf of an ineligible person, that account will be closed immediately and any balance may be confiscated.

7abd accepts deposits in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT) via the following methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, and direct bank transfer to selected Bangladesh banks including Dutch-Bangla Bank, BRAC Bank, City Bank, Islami Bank, and Sonali Bank. Deposits are credited to your 7abd wallet immediately upon confirmation from the payment provider. The minimum deposit amount is ৳100. 7abd does not charge any fees on deposits; however, your mobile wallet or bank provider may apply its own transaction fees, for which 7abd accepts no responsibility.

Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit on the account, subject to successful completion of any KYC verification requirements. The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500. There is no maximum limit on the number of withdrawal requests per day, and 7abd does not charge withdrawal fees. Withdrawal requests submitted via bKash and Nagad are typically processed within five minutes of approval. Bank transfer withdrawals are processed within one business day. All withdrawal requests are subject to review and 7abd reserves the right to request additional verification before releasing funds.

7abd operates a same-source withdrawal policy: winnings must be returned to the same payment method through which the corresponding funds were deposited. This policy exists to prevent money laundering and to comply with applicable financial regulations. Any attempt to circumvent this policy may result in account suspension and referral to relevant authorities. Unclaimed withdrawal amounts that are returned to 7abd by payment providers due to incorrect account details will be held in the player's account for 60 days, after which the player must contact support to arrange reprocessing.

7abd is committed to maintaining a fair and secure gaming environment for all players. The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the Platform and will result in account termination, forfeiture of funds, and where applicable, referral to law enforcement authorities.

All content on the 7abd Platform — including but not limited to software, source code, game content, graphics, logos, text, and databases — is the exclusive property of 7abd or its licensed third-party providers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform for personal, non-commercial gaming purposes only. You may not copy, modify, distribute, reproduce, reverse-engineer, or create derivative works from any content on the Platform without the prior written consent of 7abd. Unauthorised use of 7abd intellectual property may result in civil or criminal liability.

7abd may update these Terms and Conditions at any time. When material changes are made, 7abd will notify registered users by displaying a prominent notice on the Platform homepage and, where an email address is registered, by sending an email notification to the address on file. The date of the most recent update to these Terms is displayed at the top of this page. Your continued use of the Platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your binding acceptance of the revised Terms. If you object to any change, your sole remedy is to close your account and cease using the Platform.
